Paid for something that was NOT needed to fix a problem that is still going on with my truck. The issue is related to a sensor, switch, or actuator. NOT an update to the system to "relearn" 4wd program. Problem happened again literally in the parking lot. As soon as I got in the truck. Why was it not driven around to check if it would show code again? I mentioned a burning smell so why would the first fix be a software update?

Let me begin by stating that the service performed on my vehicle was excellent. However, I was at a loss concerning the failure of my torque converter after only 56,500 miles of service. This seems odd in view of the fact that I religiously maintain my scheduled maintenance. I was told by my intake rep that I was fortunate that it was only the converter and not the transmission itself because there is a backlog replacing them. Out of curiosity, I would like to know if this is an inherent problem with GMC's transmissions. Once again, I would like to to complement Billy Navarre's service department on a job well done .

My sales person was evidently still in training. He was very nice and polite. Answers to a lot my questions had to be referred to a more experienced salesperson. I bought a 2024 that had been used as a loaner that had 6200 miles on it. After the purchasing and driving the car for a couple of days and trying to learn how to navigate through the screen apps I noticed the car was showing 9564 in mileage and that figure wasn’t changing as I drove. I went back to the GMC dealership and showed this to my salesperson and another salesman. They couldn’t correct the problem and said that this problem and a small paint problem will be referred to the shop. That was 4 days ago.

The employees of Navarre GMC are very friendly and accommodating. The fact that my truck still is not fixed, is the issue. It has been in the shop at lease 3 times for this same issue. I paid almost $800 for a part according to the codes received, 3 days after picking it up, my truck is still doing the same thing. I am told they cannot duplicate the problem so they are not sure how to fix it...this issue has left me unable to unlock my truck requiring me to leave my truck and get picked up - I come back several hours later and it starts like nothing ever happened. At times, the dash reads "theft attempted". GMC YOU NEED TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM OR GET ME A NEW TRUCK - of course, after this I'm not sure I want another GMC. I'm not the only one with this issue, there are forums out there talking about it - why has this not been recalled and corrected.

I had a discount offer in my email pulled up on my phone checking in and as the guy checked me in it disappeared before my eyes. When I looked for that email, it was totally gone. I ask the girl behind the checkout counter about it and asked to speak to a supervisor and amazingly the offer was back in my email. Luckily, when we pulled it up she took a screenshot of the discount. I closed the email and she asked me to pull it back up and it was gone again. Oddly, she knew to take a screenshot of it. I feel like this is a deceiving offer that y’all remove from the customer when they check in.

I had an appt for Wednesday morning. I brought my truck in. At the end of the your business day and had not received an update. So I called. I was told my service rep went home for the day and he was the only one that could give me an update. The next day i called a few times during the day. Could not reach my service rep. Left messages, no call back. Finally got him late Thursday. All he said was the Tech took my truck on a test drive but they dont know yet whats wrong. The problem was jerking in the transmission. No diagnosis, no fluid check done. In 2 work days i was no further along than when i brought the vehicle in. If it was going to be that long, i should have been at least notified with a call, text or email. Dealerships are much higher than stand alone mechanics. For the prices you charge, my expectation for service is also higher of you. Not very good customer service.

Brought my truck in for air conditioner problems and the technician found problems with my struts on my truck. Truck has an ls warranty so work had to be approved. Dropped truck off to address the issues and was told everything was good to go two days later. After I payed my copay and looked at receipt only part of the work was done. Never told me anything about the struts not being covered and that they didn’t complete work.

My 2023 Canyon was towed there for service because of a faulty fuel injection module failure that GM has known about since 2023 and did NOTHING to fix the problem until it inconvenienced their customers. My frustration is with GM, not Navarre GMC. It may make me reconsider buying another GM product in the future. A recall would have fixed this issue before it ever became a problem for me and so many other GM customers.

Vastly over priced oil change. I bought my vehicle in 2019 from BN GMC and have been trapped ever since due to the lifetime power train warranty. I test drove a white Yukon Denali XL. I was told that the black Denali that I was getting was the exact same vehicle and it is not the running boards are not retractable. The car was poorly cleaned. I had to return to the dealership I had to wait for the wheels to be changed on it and was given incorrect times and several lies about what time my vehicle would be delivered to me so I sat around my house for several hours waiting for a new time to be given to me every time I made contact.

I went in for a tire change under the safeguard plan, and when I was told that it would be a couple days before the tire would come in. I asked if they could call a different shop and they told me no I ended up going to Navarre tire services where they were told me that I could have just had the parts manager call and ask for the tire that they had in stock. When I got back, I was told that I would have to wait for 4 other oil changes and 4 tire removals. Before I would be seen.
