The exterior will offer the MultiPro tailgate that allows for expanded flexibility when loading up cargo. Inside the all-new 2023 GMC Canyon, Lake Charles drivers can expect updated interior upholstery and trim, with the Denali and AT4 trim getting premium trim options. Moreover, Jennings drivers can take further peace of mind with the GM Super Cruise function as an option.
In terms of capability, the all-new GMC Canyon has a turbocharged 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine with a ten-speed automatic transmission. We understand it will produce over 300 horsepower and have over 400 pound-feet of torque. Rear-wheel drive comes as standard with a four-wheel-drive option. The uprated At4 model will feature a four-wheel drive as standard.
As far as the truck’s platform and construction, the 2023 GMC Canyon is built upon an improved chassis with an improved body frame and suspension components. The GMC Canyon also features the latest electrical architecture, giving it the ability to receive over-the-air updates. We expect Sulphur, LA drivers can look forward to all-terrain wheels and tires with the AT4 trim model.
Lake Charles drivers can choose from five trim levels ranging from the Elevation Standard trim to the premium Denali model.
